The Sunset

The last sunset for this holiday…
It’s a fabulous time to be in the north of Scotland. Because we are so far north, we don’t really get a night at this time of the year.
Here we are in Crete and due to being obliged to finish a bottle of wine, I missed the sunset and so this is an image of what was left of the sunset with camera handheld. Lucky to get an image at all!
The top images shows a Photoshop neuralised image of my previous post. I neuralised the sunset image using an image of some shells (see the image at the bottom of this post). Quite a nice effect.
If you look carefully, you can see, on the horizon, the mountains on the other side of the Moray Firth – and the odd boat! Read about Portsoy here.
