Right hotel room, wrong lens! A great view of London City Airport from my hotel room but I didn’t bring my long lens with me on this trip.
I don’t come back to my home country often but, this time, I was so very shocked when I saw the amount of litter on the streets. The parts of London I have visited are covered in litter, discarded fast food joint wrappers, broken bottles and worse. London, it would appear, has become one gigantic and disgusting rubbish tip. The government should hang its head in deep shame.

They are getting less and less common in the UK and are often used as overnight shelters by homeless people. Surely, in the world’s 7th largest economy, there must be a better way to cope with homelessness? Note sleeping bag in the telephone box.
