Can you spot the bug?
Just messing around with the new Create From Image tool in Photoshop (Find in Photoshop Libraries or see video below).
The top images shows what happens when I used the new tool. The bottom images is the original (source) image. The top images is what you get when you push the source image through the Create From Image tool. The Create From Image tool is perfect for making patterns, background images etc from existing images.
The the video below where Terry White talks about new tools in Adobe CC, including the Create From Image tool in Photoshop.
A fisherman in MacDuff Harbour, Scotland, baits his creels…
I had another long-exposure mishap (original here) last night. I took the failed image and pushed it through FX Photo Studio’s symmetry filter and arrived at the rather spooky and unintended image below. There’s a naughty little beaver (or is it Count Dracula?) in there looking out at you. A digital doodle? Viewers of a nervous disposition should turn away NOW!
I’ve sure we’ve all done this….knocked the camera during a long-exposure shot – oops. Processing of this peculiar image inspired by John’s images of a bonfire near to his house in Nevada. Kind of pretty. Dare I call this one digital art? Art is, after all, what you can get away with!
The fishing vessel Lilly Oak sits on her cradle on the slip at MacDuff Harbour, Scotland. The slip is a long sloping concrete ramp (image coming soon) used to haul boats out of the water for repair and repainting. The cradle that supports the ships runs on railway lines on the slip.
