I knew BP were into many things but I didn’t know eel smoking was one of them. This lovely lady was quietly smoking here eels in Monnickendam yesterday.

I’m not sure about this one. It looks as though this image has gone all HDR but, in fact, is has received a strong dose (overdose?) of RAW processing.

The Netherlands is the very best place to buy bread. Here’s the young lady at Monnickendam market (Saturdays) when many different types of bread and cakes (yum!) are available. Some of the bread and cakes are cooked on the stall. It doesn’t get fresher than that!
