  4. Alfred Hitchcock – one of our great British exports. He’s up there among the greats with John Huston, Frank Capra, Ridley Scott (another British export), Kubrick and many more. They just don’t make films (movies!) like they used to!!! Too many special effects these days – clever but sometimes overdone. Or maybe I’m just old and grumpy!
