Good to see them. The seagulls, however, are like cruise missiles and they seem to delight in targeting my van. There’s never a shotgun to hand when you need one!
Do they ram into your van? I have seen videos of them flying by people and stealing their food which would really tick me off! Have a net handy to capture the bird and release it. No food!
No but they crap all over it when the car is parked outside the house. We can see the sea from our house and, clearly, the seagulls can see my van!!! As far as I know, nobody has been attacked by seagulls here…

Dang, I guess you need a carport, Richard! That should stop the poop squadron from bombing your car!
I know….those chickens make sure that the local car washing machine is seldom left without customers!
Bird poop paradise, eh!
Yup….one of the joys of living on the coast. They also provide us with the soundtrack for this town: https://richardbroom.photography/2022/03/26/the-cacophony-of-birds/
