Is that how it sounds inside the sub? A bit creepy!
I’ll have to take your word for it John. I’ve never been inside a submarine but it sounds to me like it sounds in films. What was even more scary was finding a scorpion in your kitchen. I hear that some scorpions can inject enough venom to kill a human. Thankfully, no scorpions in Scotland. I’m quite happy for all you folk over there in Nevada to play host to these vicious little creatures. Are they common or were you just unlucky?
Well, humans moved into their territory so we must deal with them. My neighbors also have them in the house once in a while so it’s fairly common I guess but it’s been a long time since they have made it inside my house. I will call the pest control folks Monday to have the house resprayed inside and out. I was lucky I didn’t get stung!
Good to hear the little blighter didn’t nip you. Nasty sting I believe….AVOID!
Thanks, Richard, you will need to head for hospital!
Thanks John. I’m told that you have to check your boots in the morning. The little critters hide in your boots and nip your toes when you put your boots on. I can’t imagine why Mother Nature invented such a creature!
