Hello John. They were mainly taken at aircraft museums in the UK. There are two fine Royal Air Force museums in Cosford and Hendon. And there’s the Imperial War Museum at Duxford (used to be RAF Duxford during WW2). Plus museums in York and Newark. The RAF museum are owned and operated by the UK government and the aircraft are really well looked after. Other, privately owned museums, struggle to keep their aircraft in good shape.
