Desks are never big enough and, in my case, stuff just piles up on the desk and then eventually overflows. I would drive a tidy-minded person nuts!

No, both Icom. The HF transceiver used to belong to my father (G4GWW – now silent key) but is getting a bit long in the tooth now. The smaller Icom IC-7000 is the transceiver we had on the boat. I’m not as active as I should be here (GM4LFE (have to put an ‘M’ in my callsign now we’re in Scotland). Thinking about buying a nice new Yaesu HF + 50 transceiver + vertical aerial but waiting for High Command to authorise the expenditure. I’m a CW man. A sad affliction.
